RETURN POLICY

Please note, that as the products are made by hand, minor differences might appear between the product and the photo. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery (excluding custom made products). The returned product has to be in the original condition in the original packaging. In return and exchange situations, please contact us by email first info@fmam.fi. Returner is responsible of cost of returns.

WARRANTY

High quality of products is important to us. However, if a mistake has taken place and there is a defect in the product, we will repair or replace the product. Please contact us by email concerning any warranty issues info@fmam.fi.
